Overview

Souk Lan Xang Guest House is a Lao tranditional wooden house built in 1943 and newly renovated in 2008. The house has kept its old unique style of Lao Luang Prabang and heritage architecture, with fine wooden decoration and furnitrure fittings, full-size comfortable wooden single or double beds, modern ensuite with shower and toilet, air-conditioning and cable TV in each of its room.

Now open and ready to offer you our services during your time visiting world heritage Luang Prabang.

Our guest house wishes to be part of your wonderful holiday in this enchanting town and its environs, with guided trikking, kayaking, elephant riding, mountain bikking and boat tours on offer from the many local tour operators.

When you come to Boat landing, by Bustation or by the Airport, you also take SOUVANNAKHAMPHONG RD by the Mekhong River then you will see ALOUNSAVAT Guesthouse and near there you'll see alleyway to go up the guesthouse, or you can take Koun Xao RD to the WAT NONG Temple then take alleyway down to guesthouse.

Easy walking distance to explore our many geantiful temples, shops and the Night market. A few steps to the Mekhong River, which an enjoy some Lao food with view of the river - especially you can see nice view as sunset. many cafes in town also offer both westhern and Lao food.
