GUARANTEED BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Pay room/s deposit equivalent to 10% of the total room/s rate upon confirmation of availability and payment request to guarantee reservation.
If payment is not received within seven days of request for booking payment then the booking/s will be cancelled without notice. For late bookings (less than 72 hours before check-in date), payment request should be made immediately to guarantee the booking otherwise it may be cancelled on a first come first serve basis.
Balance of payment to be made upon check-in at Hamin Lodge. We accept Mastercard, Visa, JCB, MYR, USD and AUD. For cash payment at the Lodge any change will be given in MYR at the Lodge's exchange rate.
There will be no refund for cancellation or no show but in accordance to our 100% risk free guarantee, a full refund will be given if on arrival at Hamin Lodge you are not satisfied with the facilities.
In case of no show up after 4 hours of expected check-in time (unless you inform us of delayed check-in) all the booking/s will be cancelled without notice and all deposits forfeited.
Booking and deposit made is transferable to another date (subject to availability) if change to booking is requested more than 72 hours before 2pm of check-in date. Only one time transfer allowed.
In place of booked name, a substitute's name is accepted as long as you have informed us.
In the event that the guaranteed room is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances Hamin Lodge will arrange for similar value accommodation in another Hotel or Lodge for the duration the reserved room is unavailable and will provide transfer/s for the guest/s at no additional cost. The guest will also have the option for a full refund in lieu of the alternative accommodation. |
