The accommodation payment of entire stay should be made upon arrival
For Internet and Phone Reservations:
Cancellation of entire stay should be made with a 14-day prior notification. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of deposit (Minimum US$10 or 20% of entire cost of stay for those staying over 8 days or in groups of more than 5). Partial cancellation of prior reservation will also result in a 50% penalty of those days cancelled. Partial cancellation after commencement of your stay at the guesthouse will result in a penalty of a one nights stay payment.
For reservations made upon arrival:
Cancellation of entire stay after arrival will result in a penalty equal to a payment of 2 nights stay in the room reserved. Additionally, the deposit will not be refunded. Partial cancellation of reservation made upon arrival will result in a penalty of equivalent to one nights stay in the room reserved.
Check-In time is 1pm everyday. Check in includes filling the form, paying for entire stay and receiving the accommodation key. Check-Out time is 12pm at the latest. You will leave the key in your rooms door. |
