Reservations can be made at our Head Office Sales. Upon confirmation of a reservation, a 20% deposit (non refundable) is requested, and the total package tour price for the services should be paid at least 15 days prior to arrival or starting date of the tour.
The cancellation charges below refer to the non-transferable fee that is charge to clients who canceled the booking.
- Between 15 days and 8days before departure 30% of total tour cost
- Between 7days and 48hours before departure 50% of total tour cost
- Less than 48 hours before departure 75% of total tour cost
- No-show 100% of total tour cost
Note: In the case of airlines canceled/ delay/change the date; war, flood, earthquake effected to your trip then the cancellation policies above are not be applied.
